"Document A Day"
Now I know this might not be a question you ask yourself daily, but have you ever wondered how many doors you open in a day? Because you'd be surprised how many times you open/close any door in a day. I documented a day of my life just when I was having a casual day at home and I was shocked at how many times I opened and closed the different doors in my home.
The first door I opened in my day. My bathroom door to have a shower and get ready for the day.
8:30 am
The Second door I opened, my bedroom door to go downstairs.
9:00 am
The third door I opened, was my pantry door which of course might just be my favorite door in the house! Making my morning coffee and breakfast.
9:03 am
The fourth door I opened, was my backyard door. This is where I like to sit outside and eat my breakfast in the morning and if I'm feeling productive enough I might just do some uni work, this day was not one of those days, instead I sat outside and watched TikTok. At least I was outside!

The fifth door I opened, was my front door. As I was sitting outside watching tiktoks a notification came up on my phone that my package had arrived!! So I went to go collect it from my front door.

The sixth door I opened, was my sister's room. I went to go show my sister the new clothes that I bought and did not need!!
12:00 pm
This was the seventh door I opened, my garage door. Opening this door also included me opening the actual gararge and also my car door so I am now up to 9 doors so far in my day.

This was the ninth door I opened, my car door. I wish I could say that I went somewhere interesting as my day has been pretty boring so far but no, in fact, I didn't go anywhere I was just grabbing something from my car. Boring day!!

The tenth door that I opened, was my fridge door. Trying to find food but I didn't have too much luck. Vegemite sandwich it is!

This was the eleventh door I opened, which is also my least favorite door in my home. The laundry door. I opened this door for obvious reasons, to do some laundry and be somewhat productive. This is one of the last different doors I opened in my house. .

As I documented - I realise that we don't think about the little necessities that we have around our home and actually realise how much we rely on and need them - in this case doors.
On this day I didn't even leave my house and I had opened eleven doors excluding the doors that I would have reopened. Just imagine how many doors I would have opened if I went out and had an eventful day! It is nice to appreciate the things we take for granted even if it is just a door :)
